Magical Light Shows For The Holidays At Ottawa's Parliament Buildings

Christmas Lights Across Canada will officially start on December 5th and run every night from 5:30-11pm until January 7th. This winter lightscapes multimedia show is projected onto the Parliament Buildings to create a unique sight!
The light show is inspired by Canada's nature, climate, and culture to create a 13-minute fairy-tale show that plays on a loop for the allotted time frame. This event brings in huge crowds for the holidays who want to see and experience the amazing magic of a Canadian Christmas projected onto our historic Parliament Buildings!
This unreal multimedia light show isn't the only Christmas lights display you can enjoy in Ottawa during December and January! During the Christmas Lights Across Canada event, thousands of dazzling holiday lights are strung up throughout downtown Ottawa from 4:30pm-2am every day.
You can wander through the downtown area, past historic buildings in Ottawa all lit up with twinkling lights! This is the perfect spot to come for a romantic stroll in the evenings to admire some of the most beautiful Christmas lights displays in the entire country!
